Positive: Excellent 3 story villa 2 blocks from the center of Ixtapa (beach, restaurants, etc.). Security was very attentive and friendly and check-in was simple. The host was quick to respond the our questions. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has all the necessary appliances, cutlery, beach chairs, umbrellas, and pool towels to make your visit a success. The air conditioning worked fine and the laundry room is extra bonus. The bedroom and closets are sufficient in size and there are a couple of types of pillows to choose from. The purpose of our stay was to visit a sick relative so we did not spend time at the property of use the pool but from what we observed it was not crowded and had plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The water temperature was perfect.
Negative: The bedroom on the second floor facing the front door was a but musty.
Summary: Overall, a very nice place that we would certainly visit again.
