Sleeping options are plenty! The third level features three bedrooms, including a primary suite with a King bed, Smart TV, and en suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom two offers a Queen bed and TV, while bedroom three includes a Twin-over-Full bunk bed, with a full hall bathroom also on this level. The top floor hosts bedroom four with a Queen bed, TV, and access to a full hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the first level, bedroom five provides a sleep sofa and TV, along with a convenient half bath. An additional half bath is located on the main living level, where you’ll find a bright, open-concept kitchen and living room that lead to furnished balconies off both spaces—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. All TVs in the home are Smart TVs, and guests will appreciate the extra refrigerator in the garage for added storage.
Parking is available for three vehicles, with guests required to use the garage and the parking pad directly in front of it. Sunset Island Registration Fee:$200 per reservation and included when booking. This fee is required and provides you6 facility passes & 3 parkingpasses (Large vehicles that do not fit in the designated parking will have to purchase a pass for street parking in Sunset Island. Also, there is free street parking before you enter Sunset Island. Additional facility or parking passes are $75 per pass and may be purchased directly at the clubhouse once arriving in Sunset Island. Ages 3 & under do Not need a pass. No pass is needed for the bayside beaches.
